HR Co-Ordinator

Do you possess at least 2 years experience within an HR support role?

If so, Berry Recruitment are recruiting a Permanent, Full Time HR Coordinator for one Exeter's biggest employers.

This is a busy and varied role where you will be supporting several busy departments with HR Administration and recruitment in a multi discipline HR function, therefore you MUST possess a minimum of 18 months experience with a similar role.

DUTIES INCLUDE

*Co-ordinate the recruitment process of temporary and permanent staff, encompassing the whole process from job design, recruitment, selection, job offer and induction.
*Responsibility for the distribution of all CVs to appropriate recruiting managers and respond to the applications.
*Responsible for updating the company website with the latest vacancies and information in conjunction with the marketing department.
*Acting as the first point of contact for line managers and employees to provide advice, expertise and support on employee relations issues.
*Co-ordination of appraisal and review processes, including the collection of training requirements for the business, identification of training solutions and providers and cost negotiations.
*To participate in reviewing and updating all policies in line with current legislation and best practice and ensuring an up to date knowledge of market conditions and legislation changes is maintained.
*Responsible for liaison with occupational health, including involvement with long term and short term absence case management.
*Manage and review training schemes operated by the business, including NVQ processes and youth apprentice schemes.
*Oversee the maintenance of central personnel records, HR database and sensitive data and ensure all administration processes are followed, as required
*Administration of all starters and leavers details, including letters of appointment, contracts, pre employment medical questionnaires, references and liaison with payroll, finance and IT.
