Purchase ledger Clerk

My client provides a high quality and customer focused care and support service, to achieve this it is equally important to them to provide a great place for their staff to work.

They are currently seeking a finance administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a permanent basis, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role involves sole responsibility for the purchase ledger, including:

* Invoice processing, c280 invoices per week, payment runs
* Petty cash payments
* Statement reconciliation
* Query resolution
* Maintenance of the creditor ledger
* Month end processes

The ideal candidate will have previous purchase ledger experience, proven customer service skills, good time management, good communications kills and good knowledge of Microsoft systems.
