We currently have a vacancy for an all-round administrator to join our Head Office team in Honiton in East Devon providing admin support to our operational Divisions.
Duties include: liaison with operational staff and managers; processing operational paperwork and maintain computer based work/financial records using MS Excel; pricing jobs and producing customer invoices using Sage 50 Accounts; pricing employee timesheets for wages payments; liaison with customers; assisting colleagues. General office admin: use of email (MS Outlook)answering incoming calls and queries; filing; scanning; photocopying etc.
To apply you will need to be familiar with working with MS Outlook, Excel and Word on a daily basis; have a confident telephone manner; be numerate and literate to process the paperwork associated with the role; adaptable to new situations; flexible to help others.
